windsurfed for an hour -- was awesome -- t measured the water at 60F it felt more like 50F to me, but it wasn't unbearable for short periods of time (just slightly uncomfortable) and the air temp and bright sun were great for getting up and dried off (for as long as my weak, winter-unconditioned muscles could last which was maybe 5-6 minutes at most in a steady strong wind) -- there was certainly great air yesterday, i played around near shore until I assured myself that the water temp wasn't so frigid as to render me unable to drop in for 30 seconds if I fell down -- i completed 1 jibe turn to starboard and fell while trying to fall off to port and jibe a couple times (though that was in close to shore in dirty air each time)
