got in some good windsurfing in more usual (for here) conditions of pretty heavy air, but quite gusty and variable -- this suits me quite well as I'm able to surf for longer intervals (plus, i've got to be building up some muscles by now) -- water temp is still cool, but I spent a lot of time relaxing in the water (not immediately bouncing back up to sit on the board when I fall in or go down) -- still not to the point where I'm swimming around underwater to explore during breaks yet, but hopefully soon the water will be enough warmer to really be comfortable
